On December 31, 2024, CNIPA issued the Guidelines on Application of Incorporation by Reference in Patent Applications for inventions or utility models. This system provides remedies for situations where there is a lack of, or incorrect submission of claims, specifications, or partial content of claims or specification during the application process.
