Ms. Duan earned her Master’s Degree in 2015 and subsequently joined a leading Beijin IP firm where she specialized in patent services. In 2017, she transitioned to Beijing East IP Ltd., continuing her work on patent filing and prosecution, and began focusing on strategics patent consulting in 2021.

Throughout her decade-long career in the field of intellectual property, Ms. Duan has gained extensive experience in patent applications, patent searches, patent infringement analysis, patent invalidity analysis, FTO (Freedom to Operate) patent search and analysis, and EoU (Evidence of Use) patent due diligence.
