Ms. Zhang joined Beijing East IP in 2015 after she graduated with a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in electronics science and technology from Heilongjiang University.

Ms. Zhang has nearly a decade of experience in handling domestic and foreign patent application matters, including drafting patent applications in Chinese and English, dealing with domestic and international Office Actions, reviewing and translating patent application documents. In addition, she is also experienced in consulting, reexamination, invalidation, and litigation proceedings. Ms. Zhang has served numerous well-known foreign and domestic enterprises, accumulated considerable practical experience, and provides high-quality patent application services both domestically and internationally.
