Experience

Lin He is a Partner in East IP’s Guangzhou office, where she specializes in trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute .

She has over 15 years’ professional experience advising domestic and international clients on trademark infringement, unfair competition, criminal IP matters, complex civil litigation and cross-border intellectual property disputes, while also coordinating investigations and enforcement strategies in support of contentious IP matters.

Lin serves as Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Foshan Lawyers Association (2025–2026) and has held a number of professional appointments supporting IP protection in Guangdong Province. She was recognized by IPR Daily as one of China’s Top 50 IP Lawyers Under 50 in 2026.
