Mr. Wei joined East IP in 2018 after working several years in another leading Chinese IP firm.

He has many years of experience in patent prosecution and provides high-quality patent application services in the fields of communications, electronics, semiconductors, computer science, and other emerging technologies.

He is very skilled in all aspects of drafting and handling office action responses and amendments for both inbound and outbound patent applications.

Mr. Wei obtained a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University in the United States, where his graduate studies focused on digital circuit design, semiconductor fabrication and materials, verification and testing. He is team oriented, fast learning, and has strong capability to provide practical solutions based on the specific needs of customers.
