Mr. Zhang Bingbing is a practicing patent attorney with over ten years of experience in patent prosecution and is an All-China Patent Agents Association as a qualified litigation recommended agent for patent administrative lawsuits.

Mr. Zhang’s main practice areas include preparing patent applications, as well as handling responses to office actions, re-examinations and invalidations in the fields of chemistry, materials, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and other related emerging technologies. Moreover, he provides legal opinions on patent validity analysis, FTO (Freedom to Operate), and infringement analysis.

Over the past decade, Mr. Zhang has not only accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in Chinese patent practice, but has also been responsible for handling a large number of patent applications and responses to office actions in countries and territories outside China. He has secured patent rights for clients in the United States, Europe, and other regions, gaining in-depth understanding of patent practices in the chemical and biological fields in major jurisdictions such as the United States and Europe.
