Yuki has been based for a decade in the East IP, Tokyo Office, after working for several years in the East IP Japan-Korea Department.

After graduating from Waseda University, Yuki studied Chinese at Beijing Normal University as a student sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Education. Yuki’s work includes conference interpretation, legal document translation, and OA proofreading. Currently in role as Tokyo office representative, Yuki serves as the liaison for Japanese clients on their China business.

Yuki provides advice to Japanese clients on Chinese patent applications, trademark infringement lawsuits, well-known trademarks, patent searches, and other complex IP matters. Acts as a key contact point, and helps guideline Japanese clients on their PRC IP matters.
