Also skilled in transactional matters, Yixin regularly drafts and negotiates commercial agreements – including supply, distribution, NDA, NNN, and licensing agreements – in both English and Chinese. 

Yixin acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, including apparel, cosmetics and skincare, electronics, exhibitions, food and beverage, toys, wine and spirits, etc.  Yixin has co-authored articles on various topics related to intellectual property, published in leading legal journals.
