Experience

Mr. Ru started his career as a Patent Attorney in 2014 at China Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology Information and Economics. In this position, Mr. Ru accrued an in-depthunderstanding of intellectual property consultation, and became very familiar with industries such as nuclear engineering, among other key technology fields.

Mr. Ru joined Beijing East IP in 2018, and has focused on patent searches, landscape studies and patent analysis.

He has extensive experience in patent consulting including and well beyond typical patent searches, such as in regard to validity searches, Freedom-to-Operate searches and opinions, Evidence of Use (EoU) analysis, and patent landscape analysis. He also provides consulting services relating to IP strategy and enterprise IP management.
