Shirley has engaged in the intellectual property protection field for 15 years, with 10 years from 2010 to 2020 working as a consultant to provide professional IPR protection services including Market Survey, Infringement Investigation, Administrative & Criminal Law Enforcement Actions, Civil Claim, Online Monitoring, Customs Protection etc. to clients of chemicals, certification, personal care, cosmetics, electronic, electrical appliance and pharmaceutical etc.

Expert in managing and directing investigative efforts according to law, regulations and practice to ensure successful enforcement against IPR infringement, Shirley has handled hundreds of successful raids, including 200+ criminal actions and cluster campaigns with several of them included in the QBPC Top 10 Cases and Typical Cases Harmonizing Administrative and Judicial IP Enforcement.

Shirley has practiced law since 2021. Combining the experience of serving IP right owners, engaging in investigation & enforcement and legal matters, Shirley is familiar with IPR related laws and regulations and litigation procedure, and has a good sense of utilizing information and evidence gained from investigation & enforcement to support the claims of the IPR holders.
