Mr. Chen joined Beijing East IP Ltd. in 2015, after serving an internship in Beijing East IP Ltd for one year in 2014.

He obtained a patent attorney qualification in 2015 and trained to become a licensed patent attorney.

Mr. Chen specializes in the fields of communications, electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, computer science, and other related emerging technologies. Mr. Chen is mainly responsible all aspects of patent prosecutions, including handling office actions and amendments for both inbound and outbound patent applications. Mr. Chen is also experienced in handling outbound patent applications, and he is very skilled in translation, proofreading, and adaptive modification of patent documents. He consistently strives to provide the highest quality services for clients.

Mr. Chen obtained an advanced degree in computer science and technology from Wuhan University of Technology, after completing his undergraduate studies.
