Ms. Tian joined Beijing East IP in 2008. Prior to joining Beijing East IP, Ms. Tian worked as patent engineer for two years at a top-tier Intellectual Property Agency.

Ms. Tian’s practice areas include patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination and invalidation, consulting, and strategic counseling. She can handle patent applications in the fields of communication technology, computer science, image processing, electrical and electronic circuits, and other emerging technologies.

Ms. Tian has extensive experience in inbound and outbound patent prosecution. She has also drafted a large number of patent applications for global filing, and many of her patent applications have been granted in Europe, Japan and the United States.
