Jingtian YAN is a China-qualified attorney and patent agent. She obtained a Juris Master Degree from Peking University in 2018 and started working in the field of trademark agency that year.

Since joining East IP in 2024, Jingtian has handled hundreds of trademark authorization and confirmation cases for many famous Chinese and foreign companies, dealing with a variety of intellectual property cases such as copyright protection and domain name disputes.

Work Highlights

Won several opposition and invalidation actions before the CNIPA representing TWE, removing bad faith marks by squatters to safeguard the client’s goodwill.
