Joined East IP in 2014.

Served in diverse roles in key government IP agencies following completion of studies at Beijing Teachers University, London School of Economics and Political Science and European University.

Served as Deputy Editorial Department Director at the Greater Encyclopedia Publishing House, as Deputy Department Director at National Copyright Administration of China, as Director General of Music Copyright Society of China, as Deputy General Manager of Copyright Agency of China, as a patent examiner in the PCT Department of WIPO, as Executive Director of Zhongguancun Institute for Strategic Studies on Intellectual Property.

Participated in the developing copyright legislation and the establishment of copyright infrastructure in China.

Took part in negotiations and preparations in relation to China’ s joining of international copyright conventions, participated in China-US negotiations on intellectual property issues.

Published translation books such as Cultural Products and the World Trade Organization, International Legal Documents on Copyright and Related Rights, Copyright Law of the United States of America, The Lexicography of English. Acted as major translator and proofreader of Patent Law of Twelve Nations. Translated into English “The Annual Report on the Development of Intellectual Property in China”. Wrote copyright related entry articles for the Greater Encyclopedia of China. Published  approximately 30 professional articles. Council member of the intellectual property branch of China Society of Law, and guest professor to the law school of Ningbo University.
