Mr. Song has been with East IP since 2007, with a professional background in civil and automotive engineering. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Song has accumulated extensive practical experience in a wide range of fields, including mechanical and electromechanical controls.

Mr. Song primarily focuses on patent issues related to Japanese patent applications being filed inbound into China or Chinese patent applications being filed in Japan, dealing with office actions (OA), reexamination, and various complex administrative actions. Mr. Song also actively participates in FTO investigations, EOU investigations, design infringement analysis, invalidation cases, and other complex aspects of IP in the patent area.
