Gao Mingquan joined Beijing East IP in 2021, after gaining several years of patent experience at other leading Chinese IP firms. He has extensive experience in handling domestic and foreign patent applications.

Gao Mingquan is mainly responsible for dealing both domestic and foreign patent applications, for example, responding to office actions, preparing amendments, counseling and translation.

In addition, Mingquan also works on patent drafting for many clients. In the past years, he has handled hundreds of new applications and responded to hundreds of office actions. Most of those new applications and office actions were entrusted by multinational Fortune 500 corporations. He has received praise from clients for providing high-quality patent application services.
