Yinping Wang has worked in the intellectual property industry after graduation from Beijing Normal University with a Juris Master degree, representing companies such as iQIYI, MEITUAN, CNOOC, in technology, IT, entertainment and financial areas to deal with hundreds of trademark granting and affirmation cases in China and overseas.

She has rich experience in handling trademark prosecution cases, including but not limited to trademark applications, changes, transfers, renewals, review of refusals, oppositions, non-use cancellations, invalidations. Besides assisting clients in handling domestic cases disputes in China, she also helps clients deal with various intellectual property disputes in various overseas jurisdictions.

Due to her efficient work performance and responsible working attitude at work, Yinping Wang has received numerous acknowledgements and praise from clients for her work.
