Mark manages enforcement investigations and research with a specialty in tracing counterfeiting networks. Before joining East IP, Mark worked as a case manager at a highly respected business risk advisory firm where he handled complex China corporate fraud and due diligence investigations.

Mark works on behalf of clients in a wide range of industries, including electronics and computers, cosmetics, and the tobacco industry. He has played a key role in a number of major cases for clients, including a cross-border case that resulted in the arrest and sentence of a former distributor in China and a record-breaking civil award in Australia.

Mark is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has over 10 years’ experience in Greater China IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting work.
