Mr. Lin\u2019s primary technology areas include telecommunications, computers, Internet, integrated circuits and optical instruments. Mr. Lin\u2019s practice also covers software patents and business method patents in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As an attorney-at-law, Mr. Lin also has rich experience in litigation, including handing cases before the Patent Reexamination Board and courts at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
